How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Within Nairobi it takes less than 6 hrs from the time your order has been processed successfully and 48hrs if you are located outside Nairobi.

How do I place an Order?

  • Select “Add to cart”
  • Proceed to “Check out”
  • Select your desired payment gateway
  • Check out
  • Your order will be processed once the payment has been received

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped. But that option will not be available after shipping.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes you’ll need to sign up in order to place an order. This will make it easier for you to track the processing of your order and also take advantage of any discounts we may have on our products.

How Do I Track My Order?

  • Visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website.
  • Enter your order ID and your Billing Email and select “Track”.
